Refund Policy

In general, refunds are not available for domain name registrations or renewals . Once a domain registration has been completed, no refund is available for any reason. This is due to the administrative costs associated with the registration process.

Some domain name registrations have a 2-day cooling-off period, which means you can cancel your purchase during that period and receive a refund, minus a cancellation fee.

The purchases of Premium Domain Name have a one-week cooling-off period.

Renewals of existing domain names have no cooling-off period and no refund available.

The purchases of other products have no cooling-off period, which means you will there is no refund once the purchased products is delivered.

The cancellation fees are:

New domain registration: $5.00.
Premium domain purchase: 10% of the total purchase amount.

Refunds will be provided in the way of cheque and may take up to 60 days.
